
A Look Back at 2022 With Bespoke Audio Visual
Twenty-twenty-two was more than we could have ever imagined. It was wonderful to experience the return of in-person events this year and we expect the momentum to continue through 2023 and beyond. We owe a lot of our success to our incredible team who is the heart of Bespoke Audio Visual. And to our incredible clients who we are so fortunate to work with and create unforgettable events – we couldn’t do it without you!
Here are just a few highlights from 2022!

Our team continued to grow
As the world of in-person events returned, our team continued to grow! We welcomed 21 new team members including: Gregory Bernabe, Tanya Bregstein, Julie Capelier, Spencer Chilwell, Brian Hadley, Andrew Hallam, Alejandro Herrera, Casey Inniss, Mark Kennedy, Ashu Kersma, Max Langley, Tyler Marshall, Will McDaniel, Brinda Mohan, Alex Naylor, Angelo Panibio, Patrick Rogers, Likey Sin, Jack Le Touzel, Sebastian Voth, Kurt Yates.
Along with adding to our team, we are proud also to share that a number of team members received promotions including: Alaina Perttula-Anderson, Dylan Eadie, Chris Grech, Trevor McCurdy, Hannah Murphy, Jenny Rissover, Tamara Messacar, Jann Shreve, Tristan Tidswell.
Live in-person events made a comeback
We worked collaboratively with our wonderful clients to bring their events to life. Some of the events we worked on included: Ripley’s Jazz Night, Enactus National Competition, Empire Club of Canada talks, Juno Awards, Amazon Deep Racer, Night at the Aqueerium, Collision Conference, Toronto International Film Festival, Mirror Ball, Teddy Bear Affair, Arthritis Talks

We expanded our digital service offering
After seeing the success of our digital services offering (brought on by COVID), we launched a new home for our digital services; a facility dedicated to producing virtual live events.
We became a PheedLoop certified partner
Bespoke Audio Visual became a PheedLoop Certified Partner in recognition of achieving the highest level of proficiency with their technologies.

We helped launch the Canadian Audio Visual Providers Association (CAVPA)
The Canadian Audio Visual Providers Association (CAVPA) represents Canadian-owned sound, light and audio visual equipment rental and production companies – it is the first of its kind. Bespoke Audio Visual is one of five founding members and aims to help members and their employees continue to build thriving businesses.
We continue to be a proud member of the Event Production Network (EPN)
Since 2019, Bespoke Audio Visual has been a proud member of the EPN (formerly the Rental & Staging Network – RSN). The Network is an exclusive group of like-minded vendors aimed at providing a superior level of service in the technical event industry. Members must meet a stringent criteria for quality AV equipment and technical know-how and are committed to excellence through shared knowledge, solutions and best practices. Members are located across the United States, Mexico and Canada.
